In Greene County district court Tanisha May Dillinger, 40, of Perry was sentenced June 20 to 10 years in prison with credit for time served after she changed her plea to guilty to a charge of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver less than 5 grams of methamphetamine. The prison term was suspended and she was placed on probation to the Iowa Department of Correctional Services for three years. She was fined $1,000 with a $150 surcharge; the fine and surcharge were suspended. She must pay $498.40 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees and $922.03 court costs. Charges of ongoing criminal conduct- influence enterprise and possession of marijuana were dismissed. (Sentencing: Honorable Christopher C. Polking)
Charles Raymond Bradshaw II, 58, of Jefferson was sentenced to one year in the county jail with credit for time served after he changed his plea to guilty to a charge of eluding. The jail term is consecutive to the term in a Sac County case and concurrent to a term in an Adair County case. Bradshaw was fined $430 with a $64.50 surcharge; both were suspended. He must pay an amount not to exceed $600 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees. Bradshaw was also sentenced to 30 days in jail, consecutive to aforementioned Greene County term, in companion case in magistrate court in which he was charged with interference with official acts. Richard Anthony Harris, 53, of Marshalltown was sentenced June 21 to 10 years in prison with credit for time served after he changed his plea to guilty to a charge of theft- first degree. He was fined $1,379 with a $205.50 surcharge; both were suspended. He is jointly and severally liable with two defendants for $13,400 restitution to Wild Rose Casino. He must also pay $1,597.20 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees. Charges of theft- second degree and criminal mischief- second degree were dismissed. Court costs were $180. Jamie Alan Gumm, 45, of Des Moines pleaded not guilty at arraignment to charges of ongoing criminal conduct- influence enterprise, manufacture/deliver or possess with intent to deliver more than 5 kg of a mixture or substance containing detectable amount of methamphetamine. A trial date was set for Sept. 27.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Joseph Robert Hupp, 30, of Scranton, operating while intoxicated- third offense; Jerry W. Peckumn, 69, of Jefferson, OWI- first offense; Tracy William McDonald, 46, of Jefferson, domestic abuse assault impeding blood/air flow; and Henry Eric Segebart, 21, of Vail, OWI- first offense.
